Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Honolulu, HI
Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $125-150,000 (or higher/negotiable based on experience)
Summary:
The Technical Project Manager will drive complex infrastructure projects from award through closeout. In this role, you will own scope, schedule, budget, and margin while coordinating engineering, field crews, manufacturing, subcontractors, and vendors across active data center and power projects.
Responsibilities:
- Own complex infrastructure deployment projects end-to-end -- scope, schedule, budget, risk, and margin -- from award through commissioning and closeout
- Coordinate engineering, field crews, manufacturing, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades and sites
- Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and report status to internal leadership and customers
- Manage the documentation discipline -- submittals, RFIs, change orders, issued-for-construction releases, and commissioning records
- Run change control and scope management, protecting margin while keeping the customer relationship strong
- Coordinate material procurement and logistics, including long-lead equipment and cross-border shipments where required
- Drive commissioning, hand-off, and after-sales / hyper-care support in partnership with the field and engineering teams
- Track project performance against contract requirements and customer commitments, and drive corrective action when projects drift
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure, construction, electrical, or data center deployment projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and margin on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades
- Strong command of project documentation -- submittals, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer teams
