• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate’s degree or higher)
• Oregon Dental Hygienist License with anesthesia endorsement
• Nitrous oxide permit (or willingness to obtain)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)

• Geriatric and/or pediatric experience
• Team player with flexibility to assist in room turnovers
