Requirements:
- EPA Certification is required.
- Entry-Level Applicants must have a minimum of one year of field experience or possess a relevant trade school certification/training.
Compensation & Rewards
Base salary is determined by experience level:
- Entry-Level HVAC Technician: $40,000/yr
- Mid-Level Experience HVAC Technician: $45,000 - $50,000/yr
- High-Level Experience HVAC Technician: $62,000 - $83,000/yr
NOTE: This base compensation is separate from generous Spiffs, Rewards, & Bonuses based on performance and quality!

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- HVAC Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Gas Line Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Duct Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- HVAC Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- and insurable drivers license (Preferred)
