Job Summary: Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities in patients with injury or disease. Provide patient-centered care across the continuum, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities: Develop and revise treatment plans, educate patients and families, document care, collaborate with physicians, and discharge patients with appropriate follow-up. Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication. Foster teamwork and deliver excellent customer service using AIDET principles.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid PT license, BLS certification, and effective communication skills.
Work Shift: Day shift in the United States.
