• Manage a professional, full cycle recruiting process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both candidate and client.
• Enjoy and nurture established partnerships with local Human Resource professionals, business owners and decision makers.
• Source candidates, offer resume, interview and general career advice to candidates as a part of a seamless recruiting experience.
• Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in the areas of Administrative Support, Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management and IT.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years` experience in professional candidate recruiting is required, staffing agency experience preferred
• Experience placing candidates in direct hire, temporary and/or contract positions preferred
• Possess a strong motivation for personal success with a strong moral compass
• Superb customer service, communication and follow-up skills a must
• Hard working with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio of both clients and candidates
• Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and best practices
