Are you looking for a practice where you can truly be a clinician—not a productivity statistic?

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team of experienced orthopaedic and pelvic health specialists. Our practice is intentionally different from the traditional outpatient model. Every treatment session is one-on-one, allowing our therapists the time and freedom to provide exceptional, individualized care without juggling multiple patients at once.

This position is ideal for a therapist who values clinical excellence, meaningful patient relationships, and a collaborative environment that supports continued growth.

What Makes Our Practice Different?

One Patient. One Therapist. One Full Hour.

Every visit is dedicated to a single patient, giving you the time to perform thorough assessments, deliver hands-on treatment, and create lasting outcomes.

Pelvic Health Mentorship Available

Whether you're an experienced pelvic health therapist or an orthopedic clinician eager to expand your skill set, we provide mentorship and training from a team of highly experienced pelvic health providers.

Pilates-Informed Rehabilitation

We integrate Pilates principles and equipment into patient care to enhance movement quality, core function, and long-term outcomes. Therapists have the opportunity to develop skills that blend rehabilitation and movement-based wellness in a unique and rewarding way.

Collaborative, Clinician-Driven Culture

Our therapists work together, share ideas, and support one another's professional development. We believe great patient care starts with creating an environment where therapists can thrive.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong interest in orthopedic and/or pelvic health rehabilitation
  • Appreciates manual therapy and movement-based treatment approaches
  • Values quality of care over patient volume
  • Motivated to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally
  • Pilates experience is welcome but not required

What You'll Enjoy

  • One-on-one treatment sessions
  • Mentorship in pelvic health and advanced clinical skills
  • Opportunities to incorporate Pilates into rehabilitation
  • Supportive team environment
  • Continuing education and professional development
  • The ability to practice the way physical therapy was meant to be practiced

If you're looking for a career where you can build meaningful relationships, deliver exceptional care, and continue growing as a clinician, we'd love to hear from you.
