Position Summary

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. They juggle multiple tasks while assisting members with their bakery orders. This role is rewarding and part of a large team focused on happy, satisfied members.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Maintain work area and production processes to meet operational excellence, quality, and food safety standards.
• Advocate for the department and the club by providing high quality service and products.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and business partners; and communicate progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
