In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production costs, maintaining standard costing systems, and providing financial insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities and Qualifications Maintain and update standard costs in the ERP system Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights Support monthly close and inventory valuation Develop cost models for pricing and margin improvement Prepare reports on manufacturing costs and efficiency Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits Assist with budgeting and forecasting for cost structures Reconcile inventory transactions and support cycle counts Identify cost-saving opportunities with operations Analyze waste, scrap, and efficiency trends Partner with teams to improve financial transparency Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting required Standard costing, inventory control, and variance analysis experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
