{1134} Welder/Fabricator - $25 to $35 Depending on Weld Test.

NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking highly skilled Welders/Fabricators for one on the most outstanding manufacturing facilities in Eugene, OR. This is an evaluation to hire position on a day shift with a company that prides itself on its safety, innovation, and the pursuit of improving its quality product line. There is a significant amount of overtime with this position.

What we are seeking:

• 2+ years of fabrication experience. (Heavy equipment manufacturing experience preferred)
• Ability to perform high-quality MIG and flux-core welding with experience performing welding and fabrication duties out of position. (4G)
• Adept at reading blueprints and schematics with proficiency.
• Can perform basic computer skills, particularly the ability to use a mouse and locate and open/close programs/files.
• Knowledge and ability to use fabrication tools such as cutting torches, drill presses, punch presses, and grinders in the fabrication process.
• Good shop math, including reading tape measure, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, push, and pull for a 10-hour shift.
• Can use forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes to move materials and parts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift 50lbs safely and on a semi-consistent basis.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.

JOB DETAILS:

Location: Eugene, OR (not on a bus line)

Shift: Days

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Hours: 5am-3:30pm w/OT on Fridays

Pay Range: $25/h to $35/h (Depending on Weld Test and DOE)
