As a key member of our team, you'll set the pace for a fantastic shift by delivering reliable and speedy service that embodies the Chili's spirit. Responsibilities
- Master the execution of all our delicious recipes.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized.
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation protocols.
- Effectively communicate ticket times with your team.
- Continuously manage the flow of food orders from the kitchen.
- Help maintain a safe and positive work environment.
About You
- Friendly and supportive demeanor with fellow Team Members.
- Quick-thinking and decisive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Capable of using kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and food processors.
- Previous experience in a similar food service role is preferred.
