We are hiring Entry Level Account Managers to support nonprofit fundraising and community outreach campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to build a career in account management, and wants hands-on experience in client relations, outreach, and campaign coordination. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned fundraising accounts and initiatives
- Communicate campaign goals and share updates with community members and supporters
- Help drive engagement and participation in fundraising efforts
- Assist with event coordination, including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Work closely with team members to support account goals and outreach performance
- Maintain a professional, positive presence when interacting with the public
- Build relationships that strengthen long-term community and donor engagement
- Develop foundational skills in account management, communication, and client support
What We’re Looking For In an Entry Level Account Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
- Comfortable engaging with people in face-to-face environments
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Reliable transportation to local event locations
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, sales, or fundraising is a plus, but not required
