The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone experienced, early in their dental career or transitioning from hospitality or customer service who wants hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to grow in a modern dental practice.

You don’t need years of experience — just a great attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn!

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
• Operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and infection control
• Digital radiographs and intraoral photography
• Clinical charting and documentation using Oryx practice management software
• Patient communication and education
• Inventory tracking and supply ordering
• Assisting with front office tasks when needed in a collaborative team environment

Preferred but not required:

• Prior dental assisting experience or dental assisting program completion
• Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or willingness to obtain
• Radiology certification or willingness to obtain
• Background in hospitality, retail, or customer service

Compensation & Benefits

• $24-30 per hour based on experience
• Monday–Thursday schedule (no weekends)
• Structured 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews with clear raise opportunities
