Senior Accountant

A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle general ledger accounting activities across multiple entities
• Execute and assist with complex month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare, review, and maintain journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with consolidation activities and intercompany transactions, as applicable
• Support external audit requests, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and improve process efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience
• Strong experience with complex month-end close processes
• Prior exposure to external audit support required
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-company environment preferred
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
