Previous dental assisting experience is recommended. Compensation in accordance to experience and qualification.
Qualifications:
- Enjoys working with children.
- Excellent communication skills with parents and children.
- Quick learner.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Spanish language is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down rooms.
- Handling, cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments.
- Update and maintain patients dental records.
- Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with dental procedures.
- Take X-rays of patients.
- Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene and diet recommendations.
- Help patients relax through age appropriate conversation and distraction.
- Schedule patient appointments.
