Primary Job Duties:

• Adequately process financial transactions utilizing a register/POS system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
• Provide a warm welcome and support to customers, foreseeing their needs to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Comply with the brand's expectations in the preparation and service of coffee, tea, and specialized beverages.
• Comply with the regulations of the establishment in the handling and serving of dishes to meet their criteria.
• Maintain the cash drawer's integrity, document cashier activities, and process bank deposits accordingly.
• Follow Aramark's guidelines and regulations for managing cash transactions.
• Establish and disassemble the coffee bar, sections, or establishment while ensuring cleanliness and systematic organization.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by regularly sanitizing equipment and keeping the area orderly.
• Keep beverage refrigerators, on-the-go snacks, serving essentials, and sauces fully stocked.
• Observe all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation to safeguard against potential risks and maintain cleanliness.
• Obey instructions to take on different responsibilities from management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service roles is valued.
• Applicants with prior cash-handling skills are favored.
• Though advantageous, previous barista experience is not required.
• Fundamental math knowledge and counting capabilities are requisite.
• Adeptness at working independently with little to no supervision.
• Ability to comprehend written English, communicate effectively, and follow culinary instructions is mandatory.
• It is compulsory to finish the Food Handling Certification as mandated.
• Following the assigned dress code is obligatory.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) might be necessary.
