Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, student-focused mindset
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Maintain accurate case records and progress notes in compliance with school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of appropriate student goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consultations with educators and families
