Accounting Manager

Our client is looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to support their growing and complex financial operations. This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with C-suite executives and play a key role in driving the accounting and financial strategy of growing multi-entity business. This position is hybrid in East LA.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate, timely financial reports and support the month-end close process across multiple entities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Account Reconciliations: Perform and oversee balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities, analyze financial results, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Financial Analysis: Review journal entries, investigate account fluctuations, identify variances, and recommend appropriate adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting, audit readiness, and process improvements within a multi-entity environment.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve accounting issues, streamline financial processes, and communicate key financial matters to stakeholders in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. 2+ years of management experience required. Healthcare industry experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel capabilities and comfort working with AI tools. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks a plus. CPA or progress toward one strongly preferred.
