Are you a dedicated accounting professional ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to support their growing and complex financial operations. This is an incredible opportunity to work directly with C-suite executives and play a key role in driving the accounting and financial strategy of growing multi-entity business. This position is hybrid in East LA.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate, timely financial reports and support the month-end close process across multiple entities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform and oversee balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities, analyze financial results, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
- Financial Analysis: Review journal entries, investigate account fluctuations, identify variances, and recommend appropriate adjustments to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting, audit readiness, and process improvements within a multi-entity environment.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify and resolve accounting issues, streamline financial processes, and communicate key financial matters to stakeholders in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. 2+ years of management experience required. Healthcare industry experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel capabilities and comfort working with AI tools. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks a plus. CPA or progress toward one strongly preferred.
