Full Time Bartender

Solette Seattle is seeking an experienced, guest-focused Bartender to join our elevated rooftop team. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in exceptional service.

Location

Level South Lake Union, Seattle, Washington (rooftop setting)

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve creative cocktails, wine, champagne, and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver warm, professional, guest‑centric service from arrival to close.
• Take orders, upsell with confidence, and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory control.
• Follow responsible alcohol service standards and all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years bartending experience in a high‑volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Confident communicator with a hospitality‑first mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications.
