Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts with precision and creativity.
  • Assist in food production processes, including mixing, baking, and following recipes.
  • Handle food ingredients safely, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Support catering events by preparing food items and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable.
  • Culinary experience in the food industry with a focus on quality, presentation, and packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, kitchen equipment, and safety/sanitation protocols.
  • Customer service skills for interacting with clients or customers when needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push or move objects up to 20lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
