You will be responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash, and providing the best-of-the-best customer service. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate processing of transactions while securely handling cash and credit card payments through proficiency in operating the Register/POS system.
• Greet and aid patrons by anticipating their needs and working towards providing a positive service encounter.
• Maintain the cash drawer by tallying, organizing, and ensuring the financial stability of the cash register; complete cashier documentation and process the necessary bank deposits.
• Adhere to the cash management procedures outlined by Aramark to maintain compliance.
• Have a strong knowledge of the merchandise on offer to support customers and ensure precise transaction processing.
• Execute the specified opening and closing duties as per the designated operating hours of the unit.
• Make it a priority to uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols throughout the workday and at the end of the shift.
• Keep the place well-stocked throughout service by replenishing items as required.
• Consistently follow all safety policies and procedures in place.

Requirements:

• A background in previous customer service roles is advantageous.
• Prior experience in handling money is beneficial.
• Adeptness in elementary math and numerical counting is crucial.
• Skill in managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• It is a requirement to complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service training as specified by the location.
• The duties of this role may encompass activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• The role may necessitate the requirement for uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
