Position: Meal Attendant University of Maryland Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Sets up work stations and readsies all required items before the start of the line; Portions and assembles hot and cold food for patient trays according to recipes and dietary prescriptions; Delivers and serves meals to patients according to schedules; Delivers food and supplies from kitchen to units and returns patient trays to the kitchen; Maintains a clean and orderly work environment and adheres to health regulations
