Patient Care Coordinator & Certified Medical Assistant (Phlebotomy)

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships and creating exceptional patient experiences. Our patients aren't just appointments on a schedule—we build long-term relationships with men who trust us to help them improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.

Compensation: Depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.

Schedule & Location

  • Monday through Friday, with Saturday half-days as scheduled
  • In-person position supporting both our Stockton and Manteca clinics
  • Clinic assignments and schedules will be communicated in advance

What You'll Do

Patient Experience

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
  • Build strong relationships with patients and make them feel comfortable throughout their visit
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-up communication
  • Check patients in and out and process payments
  • Help maintain the concierge-level experience Gameday Men's Health is known for

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform blood draws (strong phlebotomy skills required)
  • Administer testosterone, B12, and vitamin injections
  • Record vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Assist providers with patient care and procedures
  • Perform Gainswave Shockwave Therapy (training provided)
  • Review and organize laboratory results

Clinic Operations

  • Support daily clinic operations and patient flow
  • Perform laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, quality control procedures, specimen testing, and accurate documentation
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Assist with inventory, supplies, and clinic organization
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture

Requirements

  • Current Medical Assistant Certification (required)
  • Strong phlebotomy experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in men's health, med spa, aesthetics, family practice, endocrinology, urology, or concierge medicine
  • Experience with EMR systems and patient scheduling
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or relationship-based service experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
