THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead a self‑performing building crew on K‑Construction projects. You will own daily execution, crew development, and customer experience on your job sites. We are a career‑ladder shop:

Laborer → Skilled Laborer → Lead Man → Foreman. If you’re already a foreman, come build with a team that respects the craft. If you’re climbing the ladder, we’re hiring at every level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead daily huddles and manage the critical path of the project.
  • Direct crew labor to hit schedules set with the Project Coordinator.
  • Own customer experience on site – set expectations and acknowledge complaints within four hours.
  • Run punch lists and aim for 8/10+ customer satisfaction.
  • Develop crew members through onboarding, training, mentoring, and reviews.
  • Enforce safety standards on every jobsite.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential:

  • Construction foreman experience leading self‑performing crews.
  • Strong schedule and critical‑path discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop crew members.
  • Customer‑facing communication and dispute resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Buildertrend or comparable jobsite software.

Ideal:

  • Post‑frame, light commercial, or barndominium experience.
  • OSHA, aerial lift, or skid loader certifications.
  • Prior crew development or training experience.
