Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of delivery drivers, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee daily delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to schedules. Develop, implement, and refine delivery routes and strategies to optimize performance and minimize costs. Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and operational standards. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and customer service. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Manage inventory of delivery supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience in route planning and optimization. Strong understanding of fleet management and maintenance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively. Commitment to safety and operational excellence. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
