The Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally reliable Dental Assistant who is willing and able to helping out at the front desk as needed. Because our doctors and patients rely heavily on this role, exceptional attendance and a happy, team-first attitude are absolute requirements. If you have a history of chronic absenteeism or calling out at the last minute, this will not be a good fit.
Key Responsibilities: Perform chairside assisting, rapid room turnover, and strict sterilization. Take high-quality radiographs. Propose, educate, and perform clinical sealants. Assist with straightforward extractions and restorative procedures. Assist the front-office team with scheduling, treatment presentations, and ensuring every patient checks out with their next appointment booked. Training will be provided by our doctors and lead DA (EFDA).
Requirements
- Rock-Solid Reliability
- Active Arizona Dental X-Ray Certification (Required).
- Minimum 2+ years of Dental Assisting experience.
- Coronal Polish Certificate is highly preferred.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
