Skills
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT License in FL
- Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, examining patients, and discussing reasons for visits
- Consult with referring physicians and healthcare team regarding diagnosis as necessary
- Develop and implement tailored physical therapy treatment programs
- Assist patients with all phases of treatment techniques, including exercise therapy and neuromuscular training
- Educate patients on the benefits of physical therapy and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress notes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients
- Create a positive experience for patients through a friendly attitude
Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT License in FL
- Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred
