Therapist – Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Outpatient Physical Therapist needed to provide professional rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves delivering patient-centered care, assessing individual needs, and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Administer treatments using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Epic.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including business casual dress code and scheduling requirements.
• Complete all required modules and comply with travel and licensure guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid SC or Multistate Compact PT license.
• Possess at least 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro therapy and outpatient treatment modalities.
• Be BLS certified.
• Accept first-timers; previous local or travel experience preferred.
• Capable of meeting facility policies on RTO and compliance.
