Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individual therapy strategies that support their unique functional goals.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
A genuine passion for helping individuals and a commitment to fostering independence in all patients.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in treatment planning.
Full-time hours with adaptable shift options available.
Engagement in quality improvement and innovative project initiatives.
Your Role in Rehabilitation
Whether supporting stroke rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic recovery, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering person-centered therapy that promotes resilience and growth.
