Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week with flexibility to work Monday - Friday between 7:30a.m. - 6p.m. Must be able to work a flexible schedule during hours of operation for weekdays and some availability over the weekend as needed .
Starting Hourly Wage: $31.08 per hour | Full Hourly Range: $31.08 - $39.88 per hour
Location: Seattle (South Lake Union), Bellevue & Redmond

What You Will Do
Serve as the initial point of contact for and help facilitate the coordination of customer submitted requests.
Manage ticket queue for incoming requests, routing tickets to appropriate resolver. Ensure service level agreements are maintained regarding response time and ticket completion.
Provide administrative support of multiple service lines, creating project files within systems of record and file sharing programs ensuring proper formatting and structure.
Support ordering of workspace products and furniture, coordinating delivery with appropriate vendors.
Schedule and deploy vendors to ensure delivery and completion timelines for request tickets. Use internal tools to understand deployment schedule and notify the customer of expected completion dates.
Manage customer-facing inboxes, directing questions to the appropriate party for resolution or responding to customer inquiries as needed.
Provide measurable and timely response to customer and vendor inquiries, work requests, and concerns.
Work collaboratively with a dispersed team as well as both internal and external stakeholders to ensure amazing customer service.
Coordinate with the customer and PPM team to overcome obstacles by providing resources and solutions amidst ambiguity.
Utilize Smartsheet to maintain data accuracy and gather missing information.
Update systems of record with new information from audits and completed projects.
Assume day-to-day responsibility for successful task completion, with an ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift.
Proactively identify tasks requiring attention and appropriately prioritizing workload.
Assist vendor partners with program initiatives, process and procedure updates.
Model professionalism and company values.
Contribute to team development including providing job training, shadowing and mentorship to new employees.
Assist with new tasks, processes, or projects as needed to support evolving team requirements and asks from Amazon partners, is not change adverse and demonstrates adaptability as business needs develop and shift.
