Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Danish and English, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Identify and action harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and spam within the social media environment.

Investigate reported accounts, posts, and interactions, applying consistent and accurate trust and safety judgements across a high volume of cases.

Escalate complex or sensitive content cases to senior trust and safety teams or specialist departments in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor emerging trends, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and potential threats to platform integrity within the Danish-language social media ecosystem.

Contribute to the ongoing refinement of content moderation policies by providing detailed feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.

Maintain precise, well-structured documentation of reviewed cases, decisions made, and escalation outcomes in accordance with quality standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with international trust and safety teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to digital safety across social media channels.
