Job Summary of Hospitality Services Agent:
Hilton seeks Hospitality Services Agent to take on the crucial role of being the initial interaction for guests and providing outstanding customer service during guest arrivals and departures. Hospitality Services Agent are in charge of welcoming guests, checking them in and out, confirming reservations, handling transactions, providing access to rooms, and addressing inquiries about the hotel's offerings and nearby attractions. They also manage incoming calls, assist with reservation bookings, resolve guest complaints or issues, communicate with housekeeping and maintenance about room availability, and ensure the front desk and lobby areas are well-organized and presentable.
Responsibilities of Hospitality Services Agent:
- Process the arrival and departure of guests at the hotel in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance with guest inquiries and requests.
- Administer room reservation procedures, including cancellations and modifications.
- Carry out the precise handling of payments, cash, and credit card transactions.
