Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hiring (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Job Overview

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for a busy 7-Eleven location in Las Vegas (4180 Las Vegas Blvd N). This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active during their shift, and being part of a fast-paced team. You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and keeping store operations running smoothly.

Immediate openings available for full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock organization
• Answer customer questions and help them find products quickly
• Support team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous retail or convenience store experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
