Operations Assistant

Role Description The Operations Assistant at E2RS - Éco-Récupération et Réparation Solidaire will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. This full-time remote role includes coordinating workflows, updating internal tracking systems, preparing reports, and assisting with scheduling and logistics. The Operations Assistant will handle routine communications with internal teams and customers, respond to inquiries, and help resolve operational issues in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves collecting and organizing data, monitoring key processes, and proposing improvements to strengthen efficiency and service quality. Collaboration with operations management and other departments is expected to support ongoing projects and organizational goals.

• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical operational enhancements.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with standard office software and digital collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms, communication apps).
• Experience in administrative or operations support roles is an asset; exposure to social or environmental initiatives is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in operations, business administration, or a related field.
