Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, the full-time Digital Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, drive revenue growth through upselling and contract renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as primary contact for designated accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value Required qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales (full-cycle) or SaaS environment Account management experience in an enterprise environment Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and content management systems Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
