Position Title: Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter for a busy telecommunication company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage job postings and recruiting databases
• Ensure all hiring processes are completed accurately and timely
• Meet recruiting and placement goals in a fast-paced environment
• Onboard new hires

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Indeed and Zip Recruiter very helpful
• Experience working with AI
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual preferred

Pay rate depends on experience.

Position could become full time with the company.
