We are a small and fast-moving team with a strong commitment to product quality and brand.
About the Role
Glimmr is hiring a full-time, in-house Short-Form Video Content Creator and Social Media Manager to lead the creation and growth of our presence on TikTok and Instagram. This is a dedicated creator position. You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and publishing original short-form video content on a daily basis, and for managing and growing our social media channels and community.
This is a relatively new type of role in our industry. Rather than relying on freelance creators or outside agencies, Glimmr is investing in a single, dedicated team member to serve as the primary on-camera presence for the brand and to own our short-form content from concept to publication. We will provide equipment, content budgets (as needed), and the support of an established marketing and creative team. Your job is to ideate and create content but you will also have a team of designers, video editors, influencer marketers, and photographers behind you to help you create a beautiful social media feed.
As the face and voice of Glimmr on social media, your content will often be the first impression a customer has of the brand. This is a high-visibility, high-output role that brings together on-camera talent, creative judgment, and consistent daily execution. It is best suited to an experienced video creator who is ready to focus their craft on a single brand and build a body of work that drives measurable audience and revenue growth.
This is a content creator and social media role. Customer service, photography, and graphic design are handled by separate teams which you will delegate to, which allows you to dedicate your full attention to producing high-quality video and growing our community.
