Join Our Compassionate Team as a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant!

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to become an essential part of our Medical Center team! Enjoy a manageable workload with our new, lower staff-to-resident ratios, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care to our residents!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will embody our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will develop an understanding of residents' interests and needs, helping them maximize their independence and participation by providing exceptional assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and engaging recreational activities. Your role will also involve creating a safe environment for the residents you care for.

Shift Availability:

  • Part-Time rotating evening shift, 3PM-11PM, with a rotating weekend schedule (2-3 shifts per week)
  • Part-Time rotating overnight shift, 11PM-7AM, with a rotating weekend schedule (2-3 shifts per week)
  • Part-Time weekends only (Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available)
  • We are also looking for on-call/per diem CNAs to join our dynamic team!

Compensation:

Earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 - $21, depending on your years of licensed CNA experience.

Shift Differentials:

Receive an additional $1 per hour for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts! Stack your shift differentials to earn an extra $2 per hour!

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate in Pennsylvania
  • Previous CNA or caregiving experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
