CDL Driver Car Hauler 25%-30% - Must have CAR HAULING experience

CDL Car hauler Position Available For Southern California Local Route and/or Regional (Southwest - Southeast etc)

• Lanes: West Coast to East Coast and Back
• Equipment: 2020 Peterbilt + Cottrell 9-car trailer (with sleeper) Manual Transmission
• Schedule: Locally: 3-4 weeks OTR with 1 week off.
• Compensation: Averages $2,500–$4,000/ week 25%-30% DOE / Performance

What you’ll do

• Load, secure, and transport cars/trucks on a 9-car Cottrell.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
• Strap/secure per best practices; re-check before weigh stations.
• Communicate ETAs/arrivals/departures and any delays.
• Capture condition photos and BOLs (we use Super Dispatch).

Must-haves

• CDL-A with manual transmission proficiency.
• 12+ months car-hauling experience (Cottrell experience preferred).
• Clean MVR and no at-fault accidents.
• Able to pass drug/alcohol screening.
• Solid securement, route planning, and customer etiquette.
• Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Super Dispatch and ELD workflows.
