Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Assistant role supports a licensed real estate professional or team with daily activities such as preparing listing and sales documents, coordinating appointments and property showings, and managing client communication. The assistant helps maintain and update MLS listings, organizes transaction files, and tracks deadlines to ensure smooth closings. Additional responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, supporting marketing efforts for listings and open houses, and performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records. The position requires consistent on-site collaboration with agents, clients, and office staff to provide efficient and professional real estate support.

Qualifications

  • Professionalism
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, agents, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate practices and procedures; active real estate license in Pennsylvania required.
  • Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage documents, schedules, and transaction timelines.
  • Proficiency with MLS, Canva, Word, Excel; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing contracts, forms, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Merion, PA and collaborate in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or office administration preferred.
  • Real estate license required.
