Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to address them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and compliance, to ensure alignment and coordination of data center security efforts.
Monitor and analyze security systems and tools, identifying and responding to potential security threats in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Communicate and report on security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay informed on emerging security technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance data center security.
Uphold and promote a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
