High Volume Servers - Experience Necessary

Opper Melang Restaurants is looking for experienced Servers to join our team at The Matador!Please come and drop your resume off any day between 2-4pm. Must be 21+.Part Time & Full Time.Located at NW 23rd & Quimby, The Matador has been a staple in the neighborhood for over 10 years, offering excellent food, beverages and service to both our newfound and longtime Guests. Ours is a menu of extensive tequilas, fresh ingredients and bold flavors for our strictly 21+ crowd, and we feature Happy Hours twice daily to keep them coming back for more. We are a bustling restaurant and bar, seeking exceptional team members who hustle and maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times in order to ensure memorable experiences for our Guests. Our Servers contribute to OMR s Mission by serving up exceptional hospitality to our Guests in the forms of irresistible charm, friendly conversation, and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our brand, food and spirits. Our Servers are attentive to Guests needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed throughout their experience within our walls. Why? EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: -- At least 21 years of age. -- High school diploma or equivalent required. -- Maintains a current OLCC permit. -- Maintains a current Food Handlers Card. -- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations. -- Knowledge of the steps of service and bar top procedures, involving a minimum of four (4) years as a bartender in a fast-paced, physically demanding, full-service, high-volume restaurant. -- Honest and reliable. -- Energetic and self-starting with a "Guest First" focus. -- Utilizes constructive learning and coaching approaches. -- Extensive tequila knowledge a major plus!
