Community Manager – Palmetto Cay
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Palmetto Cay, ensuring excellent resident relations, and exceptional community appearance. This role leads leasing, resident retention, maintenance coordination, rent collection, staff supervision, and vendor management while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Community Manager serves as the primary leader of the community and is accountable for achieving occupancy, customer service, and operational goals while creating a welcoming and professionally managed living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all onsite operations and team members.
- Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
- Manage rent collections and expense control.
- Ensure the community is maintained to company standards.
- Oversee resident satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors.
- Enforce company policies, lease requirements, and fair housing regulations.
- Prepare reports and communicate community performance to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Property management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, leasing, and resident relations.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices.
