Distribution Supervisor - 4-Day Week | Night Shift

Lead overnight delivery operations on a 4-day schedule with E.A. Sween. Manage and develop route drivers, oversee fleet readiness, improve route performance, and step in to run local routes when needed. Target hiring range of $64,327.67–$80,000 plus up to a 5% annual bonus. This hands-on leadership role requires supervisory experience, driving experience, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
