Title Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Title Insurance Sales Representative to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have an established network of real estate attorneys, real estate agents, and/or mortgage loan officers, along with the ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

Territory:

Nassau County, Suffolk County, New York City, and the five boroughs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in title insurance, real estate, business development preferred.
• Existing relationships within the real estate, legal, and lending communities are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing and expanding a sales territory.

Compensation:

Base salary based on experience plus commission. Success in this role is driven by business development, client retention, and the ability to cultivate strong professional relationships within the real estate and lending industries.
