Managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's ebilling function remotely, the full-time Assistant Manager of eBilling will oversee the ebilling team, support client onboarding activities, and ensure adherence to billing policies while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Supervises the ebilling team, managing schedules, workloads, and performance evaluations Provides training and guidance on ebilling processes to internal teams and assesses workflow for improvements Manages onboarding of new clients and lateral partners, ensuring smooth transitions to ebilling systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required Minimum of five years of progressive experience in ebilling, including team coordination and supervision Advanced knowledge of Elite 3E or similar accounting systems and third-party ebilling platforms Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in a professional services environment High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite applications
