Responsibilities
- Exhibit leadership that sets a high standard of performance
- Manage to achieve productivity, profitability, and a positive environment
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Operate within the Rafferty’s teamwork service system at all times
- Be ready and willing to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed
- Assume 100% responsibility for our guests’ quality experience
- Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
- Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively in person and by telephone
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment
- Able to perform with a well‑paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
- Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including dining room and guest areas
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist with maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness
- Have the ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently maintain proper posture
- Be capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
- Obtain local permits and licenses required for alcohol service management
- Have the ability to handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently
