Responsibilities

  • Exhibit leadership that sets a high standard of performance
  • Manage to achieve productivity, profitability, and a positive environment
  • Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
  • Operate within the Rafferty’s teamwork service system at all times
  • Be ready and willing to assist guests, management, and fellow associates as instructed

  • Project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
  • Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively in person and by telephone
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant environment
  • Able to perform with a well‑paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
  • Be prepared to exhibit and communicate complete knowledge regarding all products and services
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products and supplies to assure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including dining room and guest areas
  • Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assist with maintenance, cleanliness, and other duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing, and ongoing cleanliness
  • Have the ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently maintain proper posture
  • Be capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Obtain local permits and licenses required for alcohol service management
  • Have the ability to handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently
