Bonus points for some familiarity with C++

Advanced knowledge of modern architecture and trends

Advanced knowledge of AI tooling, applications, and trends

Ability to lead, grow and motivate a team

Excellent executive communication and conflict resolution skills

Prior experience in CAD/CAM or a related 3D space
