Wholesale Account Manager

Managing the efficient processing of wholesale mortgage loans, the full-time remote Wholesale Account Manager will facilitate communication between brokers and the wholesale team, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Key responsibilities Facilitate timely communication between approved brokers and internal teams to meet closing deadlines Collect and organize necessary documentation from applicants and third-party sources for loan processing Prepare and submit completed loan packages to underwriting, ensuring adherence to compliance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; or an associate degree with two years of experience; or a high school diploma with four years of experience One year of progressive experience in mortgage loan processing Experience with Non-QM mortgage loan products and compliance regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and loan origination systems, preferably Encompass Willingness to pursue continuing education and certifications relevant to the role
