Job Title: Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Department: Safety

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: EHS Manager

General Purpose of the Position:

The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician supports TMH Midsouth locations by performing hands-on facility maintenance, repairs, and building improvements across multiple sites. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and professional environments that support operational performance and organizational growth.

This position plays a critical role in advancing the ERSI pillars of Culture, Compliance, Facilities, Fleet, and Future Readiness by ensuring facilities remain safe, maintained, and operationally aligned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance & Repair (Tasks include, but not limited to:)

  • Perform general building maintenance including painting, minor carpentry, drywall repair, door and hardware repair, and fixture replacement
  • Complete facility work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and light fixture replacement (within scope of qualification)
  • Conduct minor plumbing repairs (faucets, fixtures, minor leaks)
  • Maintain shop and office spaces to professional standards

Multi-Site Support:

  • Travel to TMH Midsouth locations as needed
  • Prioritize work orders based on safety and operational impact
  • Support facility refreshes, office reconfigurations, and building transitions
  • Assist with vendor coordination when larger repairs are required

Facilities:

  • Maintain infrastructure integrity across all sites
  • Support capital improvement projects and facility upgrades
  • Assist with new site setup and transitions as needed

Fleet (Support Role):

  • Assist with facility-related fleet needs (lighting, parking areas, safety items)
  • Support installation of safety-related equipment within facilities/vehicles

Future Readiness & Strategic Development:

  • Identify opportunities for facility improvements
  • Provide input on building efficiency, durability, and risk reduction
  • Support scalability as locations expand or transition

Education and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years experience in general facilities maintenance or building trades
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical systems and general building repair
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • All Verbal and Written Communication must be done in the English Language
  • Experience in commercial or industrial environments
  • General mechanical aptitude and ability to perform building maintenance tasks
  • Ability to use tools, equipment, and maintenance-related resources effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety principles
  • Basic understanding of building systems (lighting, doors, plumbing, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of computer systems (email, work orders, and mobile communication tools)
