Fence installer with experience / gate and fence welder fabricator

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fence Installer / Gate and Fence Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Install fences, gates, and related structures using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to ensure secure and precise assembly.
• Fabricate custom fence panels, gate frames, and metal components by cutting, welding, and finishing materials to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or project plans to accurately execute installations.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up temporary supports, and ensuring safe working conditions.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as metal panels, posts, concrete blocks, or other fencing components to facilitate installation.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure durability, safety, and aesthetic standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on fencing, carpentry, or masonry work.
• Skilled in welding techniques including MIG, TIG or arc welding with the ability to fabricate metal structures confidently.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and masonry is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or fabrication areas.
• Strong understanding of frame carpentry principles and construction site safety practices.
• Experience working with concrete finishing or landscape projects is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to read technical drawings accurately.
